Oh, thank you! I'm still not quite as large but the other day I turned a bit in the mirror and I saw something of a rippling layer of muscle on my obliques, I darn near got giddy. Haha. Soon I hope to get one of my photographer friends to take a few photos so I can mark progress and I'll forever be able to see where I was at eighteen and only improve!
I'm still working on educating myself about nutrition and so on and so forth, even though I'm doing very well. ( Also a gamer myself so some day you may see me upload some sort of video game character cos-play. Because if nothing I'm bothered when the noodly young boy tries to cos-play Illidan. Haha. )
Digging in though and hopefully I'll catch up to Tim's size as well as definition. ( Only need to lean down, easily done, to have as great as definition in the midsection if not more so. ) Jumped 20lbs in my dumbbell sizes and began utilizing my weighted vest during pull and other plyometric exercises. Ah I could ramble on, but keep up the great work!
